Videoed Experts Sharing Technology (VEST)
VEST is an outreach program geared towards gathering current information from subject matter experts (SME’s) and documenting that information in the form of CDs, DVDs, USBs, and/or downloads from this website, with the intent to reproduce and distribute to a large law enforcement audience.
